Paradise Packages collects only the information needed to operate the site, improve the product, and communicate with people who ask to hear from us.

Information we may collect

We collect account information such as your email address, authentication records, home airport, referral source, and Premium subscription status. If you request a future departure airport, we store the email address and airport code you submit. Like most websites, server logs may include browser, device, IP address, and page activity information.

How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize the deal feed, authenticate and maintain accounts, prioritize future airport coverage, contact people who requested airport-availability updates, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, support customers, and understand which parts of the product are useful.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription checkout, payment methods, invoices, and billing management under its own privacy policy. Paradise Packages stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, and renewal timing. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Cookies and service providers

We use cookies for signed-in sessions and basic site functionality. Payment, email, hosting, monitoring, and analytics providers may process information under their own privacy policies when needed to operate the service.

Retention and your choices

We retain account information while your account is active and remove it when you use the account-deletion control, subject to limited records we must keep for security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Operational logs and rate-limit records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. Airport-interest requests remain until coverage launches, the request is no longer useful, or you ask us to remove one.

Account settings let you correct your sign-in email and profile, pause or delete saved deal alerts, and delete an eligible account. Every deal-alert email includes a link that pauses all alert emails without requiring sign-in. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that is not available through those controls.

Children

Paradise Packages is intended for adults planning travel and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
